onsite presenter guidelines

  • All rooms are equipped with a “computer” with USB port.
  • Presenters have to prepare your presentation in PPT or PDF format (functionality for other file formats cannot be guaranteed).
  • The slide template and the background for online presenters are available at [Slide template 16:9] [ Slide Template 4:3] (To securely download file in Google Chrome, right-click on the link and choose “Save link as.”)
  • The slot for each presentation is 12 minutes + 2 minutes (Q&A) + 1 minute (shift). A session chair will be assigned to coordinate the session and ensure that these time limits are fulfilled.
  • We recommend that speakers provide information and presentation file via the link: Removed (past due). Presenters can upload file at the registration counter.
  • Upload files by January 28, 2025, at 10 am (GMT+7).

  • Make sure to be on time before the session starts. Arriving at least 5 minutes earlier is strongly advised to check that the presentation is displayed correctly, etc.

ONLINE PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • Use the Zoom program for the presentation. Please download and install the Zoom program. You can view installation and usage examples at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fx7P8qbCyCk

  • Presenters can present in two formats:
  • (1) Present in the assigned room. The slot for each presentation is 12 minutes + 2 minutes (Q&A) + 1 minute (shift). A session chair will be assigned to coordinate the session and ensure that these time limits are fulfilled.
  • (2) Present via a video clip with a maximum length of 12 minutes. Authors are required to join the online room promptly at the scheduled time and be prepared to respond to questions.
  • We recommend that speakers provide information and presentation file via the link: Removed (past due). Presenters can upload file at the registration counter.
  • File upload requirements:
    • For in-room presentations, submit a presentation file in PDF format.
    • For video clip presentations, submit both the PDF presentation file and the video clip.
    • Upload files by January 28, 2025, at 10 am (GMT+7).

  • Zoom IDs for presentations will be provided on January 27, 2025.
  • You can practice presenting on January 31, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1.00 pm. (GMT+7)
