Paper Submission


1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original full papers WITHOUT authors’ names and affiliations, in English, of 4-6 pages in standard IEEE two-column format only, reporting their original work and results, applications, and/or implementation in one or more of the listed areas.

2. Papers must be submitted online only through the submission system of the conference website.

3. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the conference in order that the paper is to be included in the program. The program will also be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore (Conference ID : 60158X).

4. For the full paper, these templates should be used for submitting in full papers for oral session: Microsoft word 2003 (A4) , Latex







All accepted papers require the following tasks:

1. Final Manuscript (Camera-ready) Preparation
Authors are expected to revise their paper by taking into account the feedback from the reviewers before the final manuscript submission. Papers must be written on A4-format page according to the IEEE manuscript templates of minimum four (4) pages and up to six (6) pages in length. Submissions exceeding 6 pages will be charged extra page length. Maximum accepted pages are eight (8) pages.

The authors have to check a title, a list of authors and their affiliations in their paper. Any revision could not be made after uploading the camera-ready version by January 10, 2024. If necessary, contact Wanus Srimaharaj at wanus_s@payap.ac.th for the appropriate copyright notice.

2. Formatting and IEEE Xplore® Compliance
In order to assure that all submitted PDF files are IEEE Xplore® compliance, your paper must be checked with PDF eXpress Plus at https://ieee-pdf-express.org using the: Conference ID 60518X.
